Pretty in Pink...NOT What You Think!

Postby Skunkworks » Sat Jul 05, 2014 4:59 pm

May not be realistic for Washington State but fortunately I live where sunsets and sunrises come in every hue except blue! http://www.spc.noaa.gov/publications/corfidi/sunset/

Thank you for looking! Happy colorful skies to you!!

As much as I like those pictures, shouldn't the title be Pretty in Lavender...NOT What You Think!?

I know. Not as catchy.

Still, I particularly like the quality of the aircraft. And the clouds.

And the sky above the clouds.

And the mountains.

Thanks Greg for the comment...however, I am just another Old Retired Rocking Chair Flying Geezer with a supportive Old Girl like so many other wonderful members here... ;)

You want to have a nice weekend, take a tent, camping trailer and go to a weekend fly in.

Guaranteed you will have a great time and meet lots of folks who share the passion of aviation, just like you...

You do not need a Pilots Certificate either AND do not worry about who or whom are aviators...

Pilots are the folks with the slicked down Brylcreem hair, tear drop sunglasses, ball cap of some sort and they will always mention somehow they are pilots...

The folks with the puzzled look on their faces are usually the mechanics trying to figure out what next these Brylcreem Boys can do to screw up their beloved aeroplanes...

Yes Greg I do poke fun at some of my fellow aviators however it would be a dull old world if we were all Peelots...
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
