Two more of my favorite planes over Florida

Postby Modlerbob » Fri Jun 20, 2014 3:22 am

These were shot over Florida with the Mega earth scenery. One is a Cessna 414 and the other is an Aero Commander.

Very nice... :D...
...but all that scenery down below looks as though its been flattened by a giant meteorite from outer space.... :o ....!

...Photographic scenery?....

Actually, from 5K up it looks pretty good. Unfortunately, I like my sim flying down low to look at the scenery. At least in places where microsoft included decent 3D objects like up north and out west. I guess they thought us hicks from down south wouldn't notice the difference.

Cool shots.....I'm a fan of the Aero Commander myself 8-)

Concerning your shots.......try zooming out a little and pause your sim to let the scenery clear up before you "shoot" O0
Also, many models don't come with external views. These views, for me, are essential to getting interesting angles.

These are the views I add to all my aircraft.

If you are unfamiliar with aircraft cfg. editing we'll give you a step by step ;)

Then it's just a matter of moving the camera with the Shift+Enter/Backspace for up/down, Ctrl+Shift+Enter/Backspace right/left and Ctrl+Enter/Backspace for forward/back :D
