question about Dan French's Savannah, GA Scenery

Postby Evan Popchock » Sun May 04, 2014 3:41 pm

Hey,
I recently downloaded the addon scenery package: http://simviation.com/1/download-file?f ... leId=46335

And it requires 12 other addons to be installed with this package in order for some things to show up. I haven't been able to instal the MAIW SEANG Package because I have been unable to find it. If you look at the readme file that came with this package, it should give you an idea of what I am talking about.

Regards,

Evan

Go to MAIW's (MilitaryAI Works,com, I think) http://www.militaryaiworks.com/
or to The Owl's Nest, http://www.owlsnest.eu/maiw.php
locate and install the file you need. It's freeware. The auto-installers of all these files and sircraft are, for a change, extremely well written and totally turstworthy. I don't care for auto installers overall, personally, as I want to know what they put where so if needed I can remove it, but so far I have had no trouble at all with MAIW, which always includes a link to a webpage that explains exactly what they do put and where so I can go delete it as needed.

Does it matter which aircraft package I pick? the readme file recommends the MAIW SEAN G package, but I haven't been able to locate it.

go to the MAIW Packages page, easy enough to find, and DL the South East Air National Guard (SEANG) :D

I am so used to military abbreviation mania that I kinda figgered that was what they meant. The Air Nation Guard was pretty obvious, and then it was either Seattle or South East, one of the two. I went there and looked, and sure enough, South East it is! :D

Then just tell the installer where to stick it  I mean, where to put the files ^-^

Good luck, hope this all helps a bit :)
