If one knows what they are doing one can create any aircraft. But one has to know what they are doing Programs like GMAX are not for beginners.
Payware aircraft are created by a team of people not just one person. As a rule of thumb the more detailed a aircraft the more difficult it is to design.
Caution one can loose a lot of hair designing aircraft.
