Where are the 'campaign.ini' and 'Info.properties' files?

I want to install a campaign in IL-2 1946. It is the Burma Campaign from Mission4Today's site.
In a guide they have they say I must copy the files 'campaign.ini' and 'Info.properties' into a certain folder,

I looked in the game directory and did not find those 2 files. My Il-2 1946 is unpatched, by the way.

Any help will be appreciated.

it should be in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\Missions\Campaign then whatever nationality you're installing it too
