Old Addons

Postby G.K. » Fri Feb 07, 2014 8:04 am

I've been going through my drawers and found some old dust covered bits of software....

They are no longer of any use to me, haven't used them in years.

For Fs2000/2:
Balearic Islands by Aerosoft
National Parks by Abacus. Grand Canyon etc.
VFR photographic scenery central and southern England by Just Flight.

For FS 2002/4:
Hong Kong by FlightSoft.
FS Terrain by Just Flight.

.....are they worth anything to folk, worth ebaying? Worth the cost of P&P to anyone here or shall I just chuck em?

my opinion for what its worth,,,,,

Probably cost more to EBay em' in listing fees with photos, than what their worth or get out of em'.

2002 stuff just ain't worth the hassle, quality isn't that good

the 2004 stuff ya might find somebody who's want it ???

Back about 7 years ago I got rid of all my 2002 Pro Flight Simulator stuff, a box full on EBay, I didn't get much out of em' back then like 20.00, but it cost me bout' as much to ship the stuff than what it was worth.

just my take anyway.

I have got two spare bedrooms crammed to the ceiling with all sorts of computer hardware and software collected over the past 30
+ years...
Various Computers, Computer tower and desktop cases, PSU 's, CPU's, original boxes of various Motherboards and Video Cards, Sound Cards, Hard drives, CD/DVD ROMS, cables and plugs/sockets, etc, etc, etc...ad-infinitum...
...and crates and crates of software dating back to the 1970's/1980's/1990's/2000's....
All of which I have saved over the years....'cos I think they may come in handy one day....
...and maybe useful for someone else?
...NAH!...
....all my children say to me!...
...NOBODY wants it!.....
...its ALL obsolete!....
..So THROW IT ALL AWAY...its worth absolutely NOTHING nowadays!

I await one of my Sons to arrive with his motor car to transport it all away to the nearest Council Dump!

Paul.... ;) ....!

The only problem... empty spare bedrooms encourage visitors, etc, to stay for the night...or longer!.... ...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

G.K.,

My apologies; it seems my 'receive Private Messages' button was set to 'off'! All fixed and ready to go.
