Potatoes.
Onions.
Leeks.
Carrots.
Parsnips.
Cabbage.
Spring Greens.
Brussels Sprouts.
Cauliflower.
Peas.
Mixed Peppers.

...etc...

..in varying quantities...

I must admit that Broccoli is not generally amongst them ... ...

...rather expensive, and mostly consists of tasteless stalk!
