The definitive sign someone is not posh is them extending their pinky because they think it makes them look posh.

According to the Three Stooges book of etiquette; the posh cup would be the Emily Post finger position..... ;)

My hands are particularly wide; I can't comfortably squeeze all four fingers into the handle of a common cup. :?

I am a posh person.
Therefore I always raise my little pinky finger when holding the handle, and drinking tea from my delicate bone china tea-cup.

Its what we posh people do.

This is what you drink tea out of. It's called a glass, not a cup.
