The Old Girl won't let me do a blasted thing but sit here with my broken foot up while she is at church getting saved again.
I am sitting in the solarium which overlooks the Bay of Quinte and the Trent River. I can watch the military aircraft depart and land and the many civilian aircraft that practice approaches.
I counted nearly thirty ice fishing huts on the bay with several on the river. Starting to watch the ice boats on the bay and then it dawned on me, hey there is at least a dozen or so and they are heading towards several ice huts.
Got the binoculars out and started to wonder what Civilian Transport Regulations these guys operate under?
They passed the ice fishing huts by more than a 1000 yards but what speed they had.
Heck, did some ice boating on the river when living on the old homestead but nothing at the speed these folks are going and so close together.
They would be no contest for me and some of the other Old Retired Rocking Chair Flying Geezers in our bugsmashers, bet we could buzz them folks real good...
They disappeared several miles down the bay and being bored again I decided to see what Civilian Transport Regulations these folks operated under.
Figuring they would be under the Boating Section that is where I looked first. Could not find anything unless I missed something.

Perhaps it is time to get rid of the personal automobile and bring these Land Yachts back...
