Super Supper....

..'nuffink special Chums... ;) ...!

..just a nice, quick, tasty supper dish...>>>

Egg Tagliatelle. Boiled for 12 minutes in a large saucepan.

Virgin Olive Oil in a small saucepan...
Chopped Onions.
Chopped Garlic.
Chopped Tomatoes.
Garlic paste.
Tomato paste.
Dried/fresh Basil.
Ground black pepper.
Pinch of salt.
Grated Cheese.

..and a (small?) glass of Harvey's Bristol Cream, to wash it down!....HIC!...

Served all together on a pre-heated plate, to enjoy!....(I did!).... :D ...!

..that's why you are far too plump/heavy to fit comfortably into my charming little Cessna 150.... :shock: ...

...but its a perfect fit for my 154 Lbs weight!... :D ...!

I do eat quite well, but my meals are spread out 4 times a day; Brekky, Dins, Tea, and Supper, in that order... :D ...!

Food does look good tho! I remember back when I was 154....Just before I went to boot camp...July of 78...came out of boot a tad over 175, and never looked back. Sadly, it seems that I worked so hard on my last PFT (Physical Fitness Test) before I got out of the Corps that most of my chest fell down to my waist! :x :lol:

Nowadays, I think I'd probably overgross that poor 150 all by my lonesome! :shock:

Keep up the great cooking, Paul, it does look good! :D
