My finished Pork casserole, with its mountains of flavoursome EVERYTHING, was/is mind-blowingly gorgeous!... ...!

Full of everything which is tasty and good for me!

Big plate for Dinner, big plate for Tea, plenty for Supper, and loads more for Dinner tomorrow!

All from one big pot!

How's that for sensible cooking!.... ...!

Pat.... ;) ....

We old-fashioned English folk eat at Breakfast (Corn Flakes/Porridge 8 AM), Dinner (Roast Beef, Veg and Gravy Mid-day) , Tea ( Jam Sandwiches and fairy cakes 5 PM), and Supper ( something warm and tasty 10 PM).....

...just like our Mum's used to cook in the distant past, with mid-day Dinner being the main meal of the day!

Paul...still cooking every day, just like my dear old Mum... ...!

I always remember what my late Father used to say, "If it's Brown it's Done, If it's Black it's Buggered". How do you like that Jamie Oliver.

Looking forward to our annual New Year's Eve supper, consisting of traditional Japanese Udon noodles
in a Pork broth, with steamed veggies and some nice Prawns to top it all off.

On New Year's Day, dinner is an onslaught of Sushi, Sashimi and Rolls of all different flavors, with
Teriyaki Chicken, Tempura Shrimp and vegetables.
