This is Warwick Carter's freeware Texan, which Im sure can be found at all the usual sites. I got it a while ago so I do not quite remember where exactly I got it. The paint I got from searching SOH.

If you google SOH, what do you get:
"Sence Of Homour"
If you google GSOH, what do you get:
