A couple of interesting units there...OldAirMail...
After flying military, commercial, bush and recreational for almost eight decades I can honestly say I have never seen a UFO. Unidentified Flying Objects do not appear in any of my Pilots Log Books.
I have had several First Officers years back who swore up and down they had seen a UFO. However they could show no proof of the UFO. While on lay overs we had several conversations about UFOs but that is as far as it went as no one could show me proof of a UFO.
For life on other planets, not sure and as for aliens visiting this planet, well, why would they not make their selves known and tell us how to stop destroying what we already have.
Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, come on now, do you really think we will see something like one of those ships in our lifetime? First of all I don't think either one of them have a washroom as I don't know anyone who watches those programs that has seen someone go to a washroom...
Hollywood does wonderful things...look what they did for John Wayne...they gave him a six shooter that could fire a hundred rounds without reloading...awesome...
Superstition's like walking under ladders, black cats, stepping on a sidewalk crack etc., give me a break, people who believe in superstition are related to the nuts we have here that think Halloween for the children is teaching them to believe in Satanism.
Hope I didn't wander too far off topic OldAirMail but I am in the midst of drafting a Bill to send to the Chinese Government.
I have laid claim to the Moon and I am sending them a Bill for leaving their junk up there.
P.S. This is more serious:
Yes I do believe in Santa Clause after all the Royal Canadian Mail would not have an address for him if he did not exist and the Gentlemen of the Royal Canadian Air Force would not escort him all over North America if he did not exist and report to the individual Radio Stations as to his progress...
