On the first monday of every month here in the Southeast Pa. area at 2:00PM sharp these alarms go off. A long time ago, I was in a Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania courthouse. (Yes, when I was a kid, I had runnin's with the law from time to time. ) At one point I asked if I could use the
bathroom. (I was fearing going to jail and needed some time to myself.) When I was in there, 2:00PM rolled around and they had one of those sirens
right outside the courthouse. DAMN! that was laud inside that bathroom. ...
