This could be a scenery problem as well if the airport is not defined correctly.
One thing I have seen is if the airport has been modified someone forgot to remove the original airport file. what happens here is that the AFCAD file will be written first than the default file will be written on top of the AFCAD file and if the two files have different elevations this will create bouncing.
The easiest way to check this is to try different airports to see if the bouncing stays. If not you will need to edit the airport scenery of the problem airport. AFCAD will take care of this for you.
