I've downloaded and installed the following TDS 787-7 Dreamliner

On loading, on preview window, aircraft is just grey texture, read something recntly about this abut cannot remember where or what but that in 'flight' it didn't cause a problem.
On entering cockpit, most of the VC is grey and no definition to any of the panels, just the odd instrument showing, on going to external view the aircraft is grey, no Thomson texture anywhere. On returning to the cockpit, it was then the normal 737-800 that I'm sure we have all used.
Going back to external still shows all grey.
I've looked at the aircraft.cfg and it does reference to the Thomson texture folder and within the texture folder there are Thomson textures present but they are bmp files, is this correct? as my other boeings use dds files?
Can somebody advise me as to where I should be checking for texture problems.
I'm running FSX Gold.
Unfortunately I have removed my original dreamliner when this updated version came along but to be honest I cannot see where it's updated compared to my previous one.
I wanted to try a flight I've recently done on the dreamliner from manchester to cancun, pity it's not the G-TUIB that we were on
PS reinstalled the other version and textures are fine but on that version there is no VC.
