Cumulus x and winch x stop working 1 on 2 attempt

I don't know why but I get a very weird problem

Cumulusx and winchx start ok only 1 of 2 fsx starting !

example: I start Fsx and all cumulusx and winchx are starting no problem

I close FSX, and start FSX again, now I get 2 message saying that winchx and cumulusx have stopped functioning ?

I close and restart FSX and all cumulusx and winchx are starting no problem again

I have check exe.xml and have reinstaled Simlogger, cumulusx and winchx 2 time nothing work

Some body have see this before ?

That used to happen to me. It doesn't anymore for some reason. What I used to do is I would close Winch/Cumulus manually before closing FSX. Let me know if it works!

Have try to manualy exit both program before FSX and when I restart FSX I get the same problem both Cumulusx and Winchx stoppe working ?

So its not working for me.
