As with everything, your mileage may vary, I have a very similar PC setup to that videos creator, ROTATIONFSX, I mentioned earlier. I believe its the main reason his particular tweak setup worked for me, and yes I do still get an occasional stutter still, only once every few minutes however, probably because I have my traffic set up around 50%.
