Better frame rates with new video card?

Even though my video card isn't all that great I think that the 2 best features are;

1) 1 GB of 256 bit DDR5 (more would be better, of course.)
2) And that it's made to work with 3 monitors.

Because it's fast memory there's no slow down or stuttering.
