Is straight down considered flying? All of the weight is in front of the wing thing.

As long as he never tries to use a cliff for a jump start, he's probably okay... seeing as he seems to have a tail but no wings, it's really just a crazy looking buggy.

Without some form of suitable restraint, at least that radiator will prevent him from burying himself in the propeller during a sudden emergency stop?
