Hi,
The instructions are not clear. They would be sufficient if you'd already installed new textures many times before but this shouldn't be assumed.
Here's what to do:

1) Within the existing "B737_800" folder create a new folder and name it "Texture.SJ-737x"

2) Copy all the files from the zip into the new folder. You can Extract the files to the folder but I simply select all the files and drag them to the new folder and "Copy"

3) Open the Aircraft.cfg file of the B737_800 folder and note the sections at the start of the file that start with "[fltsim."

4) After the last "[fltsim. " section, ([fltsim05] if you haven't previously added a texture), copy the following text from the Readme file":

[fltsim.xx]
title=Boeing 737-800 Sriwijaya Air N737x
sim=Boeing737-800
model=
panel=
sound=
texture=SJ-737x
kb_checklists=Boeing737-800_check
kb_reference=Boeing737-800_ref
atc_id=N737X
atc_airline=Sriwijaya
atc_flight_number=
ui_manufacturer="Boeing"
ui_type="737-800"
ui_variation="Sriwijaya Air"
ui_typerole="Commercial Airliner"
ui_createdby="realweb_id"
description=

5) Now, replace the "xx" in the first line with the next highest number; "06" if no other textures have been added.

6) Save the Aircraft.cfg file and you should be good to go. For future reference note that within the new Aircraft.cfg section the "texture=SJ-737x" line refers to the new "texture.SJ-737x" folder. Each fltsim section has a texture= line that refers to a different texture folder.

One other note make sure that the texture file name matches the one in the texture = line.
They have to be exact letter for letter and case to case (example if the texture is named B737-200new the line in the aircraft cfg file has to match it exactly if you put b737200new it will not work. It has to be exact B737-200new
