first world problems can be solved

Postby Steve M » Mon Aug 05, 2013 5:17 pm

After I tossed my Ipod on the shelf, I went out and picked up a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. Am very happy with it but I found it to be kind of clumsy to hold and watch video. So I started checking into a stand for it. Every thing I could find in my area was 25$ and up. Now.. out in the garage I had this ABS toilet flange that I can't return due to lost receipt. I picked up my hacksaw and in four minutes I made a very nice stand. This flange was about 6 or 7 dollars.. This works for my purpose as its very stable but if you want more support against the back you could glue a length of ABS pipe to it and cut the pipe to the angle you want. (especially if you have kids)
