Floating along...

Postby Flying Trucker » Thu May 30, 2013 12:22 pm

Afternoon folks...old girl gave me a few minutes off to restart a simulated float flight...still not finished yet...

FSX and Windows 7

I like the option of removing the control yoke to see all the instruments/switches on this simulated aircraft.

Hi Bass

No, just FSX and I believe Fall/Autumn Setting.

I find the Fall/Autumn Settings gives my simulated flights much more colour and makes the simulated flight more enjoyable.

Thanks for the reply Bass...much appreciated... <<q

Thanks Skunkworks for the wonderful comments... <<q

We have had some real nice weather lately with only a couple of days of rain.

Our grass strip is good and solid now and most bugsmasher fields are in good shape in the immediate area.

Notice that fuel is increasing making flying, boating and RVing (Recreational Vehicles like Motor Homes or cars pulling camper trailers) more expensive and summer is still a couple of days away.

Did a couple of amphibious touch and goes on both our grass strip and the river. One of our sons in the right seat complained about my pattern, only been flying the same pattern for decades...guess children need something to complain about...
