Pretty big yes, but very nimble to fly. Great chopper. You can use this link below to download the torrent for this helicopter.

We do not support piracy here at SimV. Pirating software hurts all of us honest people and is NOT condoned. Your own moral compass tells you what is right and wrong......so do what you want, but don't post links to known pirating sites here at Simviation :D

I do apologise. Didn't mean to insult anybody. If I could I would remove the link. I personally bought the download (as well as all my other helicopter models featured in my posts) from the Nemeth design site & the link I used is the following:

http://www.nemethdesigns.com/payware/36 ... e-fsx.html

So how come the pirate bay link??? That was something that you had to actively search for to include in your post.

Downloading from such sites is very risky nowadays, as copyright trolls DO monitor such sites. And they can, and do, use that to threaten prosecution if you don't pay up. Usually to the tune of a couple of thousand dollars!

It's a new world today. Some things that you could get away with in the past can't be recommended anymore. Among other things, you can't just kill someone for snoring in their sleep!

"Years later, (John Wesley) Hardin made a casual reference to the episode: "They tell lots of lies about me," he complained, "They say I killed six or seven men for snoring. Well, it ain't true. I only killed one man for snoring." :D

Honestly cannot see why the ban hammer has not come down.

Software piracy suggested in any form should be treated as crimimal.

My apologies, but I hate thiefs and torrenting is thieving.

Throw this user out of a plane <<r

How right you are Paul!

The man is new here, he has been given a warning, (that is normal), and he did apologize!
What more do you want?
He will never do it again.

Not how I see it.

Torrent software is a SERIOUS thing and should be treated with action 10x witch hunt.

We cannot show any form of tollerance for this kind of behaviour. Dragonic introduced DRM's and loaded price tags on games are the very reason because of tollerance.

Not making examples of torrent users by enforcing 0 tollerance will just breed more torrent users and more intrusive DRM's and more expensive price tags on software.

My apologies, I am extremely sensitive when it comes to this matter. Torrenting is a serious plaque and should be treated as such.

A whole while ago the dev's at Nemith Designs almost closed their doors because of this. We owe serious action to those dev's.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Where there is a smoke there is a fire.

New guy comes around and posts a whole stack of pictures with default scenery and new planes, all planes that has NO DRM. Suspicious?

Perhaps not but the moment he mentioned torrents (posted a link) he became seriously suspect.

Again, we owe this to the dev's who's food is stolen from their children's mouths.

"Let He Who Is Without Sin Cast The First Stone"

Very valid HOWEVER, that does not mean when doing something wrong one should not be punished. If someone comes in your home and steal your entire FS collection after he sprayed your cat pink and get caught do you tell the cops to give him a warning and let him go? :shifty:

I suspect that many newcomers to the Flight Simulator World will have little, or now knowledge of what the word "Torrent" etc, means when they are merely searching for "something" on the internet.

The object they are searching for appears on a particular Site, and they just select it with no knowledge that it may be "wrong" to do so... ...

I suspect that many of us have done so in our distant past, before we became aware of the general concern over such Sites!

I imagine that a gentle reminder would be sufficient to enlighten a Member to the "legal?" ways of Flight Sim downloading/uploading in general, with no further ado!... :D ...!

...been there?... ...done it?... ...

Paul.... ;) ...!
