I thought just like all MSFS like some kind of Lock to avoid this ,so in any Boeing airbus can we deply these thing in the air?

Yes all aircraft have to have interlocks, some mechanical, some electrical, but most electromechanical. However, some aircraft can do it. The Boeing 737 for instance can deploy the reversers in flight, but it can only do it at a radio altitude of 10 feet or less. Here is a video, it is clearer in the slow motion reply at the end. Airbus do not under any circumstances deploy in flight.

Many corporate jets have a WOW system (Weight On Wheels) that stop the TRs from being used when there are no loads on the gear.

Sadly, a fault in this system lead to a nasty crash of a Lear 45 once.
