FS9 Journey

Postby BE58D » Wed Apr 24, 2013 6:28 pm

I am in the process of doing a virtual flight all across most of the United States to visit friends... Some I personally know, that have moved to other regions of the country and others I have never met (friends through Facebook, based on occupation and interests). The flights are being done in FS9 with default scenery, add-on AI Aircraft and Carenado's C337H Skymaster for FS9. I currently post screenshots to Facebook only, and TAG those I'm visiting in the screenshots, would anyone be interested in me sharing my screenshots here?

My current progress has been from Concord, CA (KCCR) to San Luis Obispo, CA (KSBP)... San Luis Obispo, CA (KSBP) to Kingman, AZ (KIGM) via Las Vegas, NV (North Las Vegas (KVGT) airport) with five (5) hours logged in the C337H.

Thanks Chuck! It's more about the adventure than anything, but the screenshots look 'ok' too

A route I am very familiar with so far, BE!

Good to see you are flying the FS 2004 flag!... ...!

(My favourite cross country journey was following Route 66 Highway from Chicago to Santa Monica, using the default Beech Baron 58, spread over a number of days (evenings)...and using Wikipedia and Google Maps for local information).

Have fun on your Journey!

Paul.... ..!

If you have; "Ultimate Terrain USA" installed, your scenery below will be amazingly realistic..roads, rails, water-ways, etc... :D ...!

The one thing I have always noticed; the "Desert Regions" in the Flight Sim are always very disappointing...not very realistic...nothing like the John Wayne, Cowboy films!... ;) ...!

Don't forget...

...if you haven't already got it, BE...

VOZ 1.8 (For FS 2004)

Vista Australis Colours of the great Southland.

http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/fil ... -complete/

Its FREE...and gives you a choice of colourizing the scenery below, to suit different seasons (all round the World), using the "VOZ Switcher"!

A wonderful, free add-on for FS 2004!.... :D ...!

Paul... ...!
