ADD ON ATC CALL SIGNS

Having trouble getting ATC to recognize airline call signs i.e. JAPAN AIRLINES , ALL NIPPON (ANA ) AIR NEW ZEALAND, SINGAPORE or even BRITISH AIRWAYS. Have checked aircraft config and both atc airline and ui veriation both read the same. What else should I try? Installed World airlines call signs v1.3, didnt help.

Once installed, go to either file and click on update voicepack. Follow the wizard and it will ask if you want to update the ATC names. Press yes. This will add about every airline that you could ever wish for.
