Newbie???

With 1505 (now 1506) posts, why am I showing as newbie??? I realize the transition was for a more stable site/forum, not sure if I'm liking the new 'has been submitted for approval' though. Does that not create more work for Admin? Just sayin' been around here for a long time and love SimV

Hi - apologies ---- please realise that without closing the forums down for days --- testing and fixing has to take place live.

Many of the default settings are totally ridiculous and tedious to fix (like posts requiring approval!! -- what moron thought that was a good idea ina public forum? It required 30 minutes of individual board selection just to fix this ....
)


So various problems and settings will be fixed up in the next days/weeks as we find them.


Already about 20 fixes have been made since going live.

Thank you Pete and all of the moderators for their hard work to make SimV an outstanding site! I'd volunteer to be a moderator, but I'm so out of the loop with FSX still. Go team SimV!!!
