Hussein, such an airline is Ionathan Airlines. You can check us out here:
http://users.forthnet.gr/ath/kekrops/Ionathan/Home.htmWe fly in an economic simulate environment implemented by FlyNet (our host). Our pilots can fly offline and with a time compression if they wish of up to 4x for short/medium range flights and up to 8x for long range ones.
We have two Hubs in Greece (Athens and Thessaloniki) and one Hub in London. We have domestic flights all aroung Greece and UK, a lot of international flights around Europe and a good number of flights to other continents.
We operate Boeings (737, 757, 747), Airbuses (A319, A333), Canadairs (CRJ-200), ATR-72s, Cessna Grand Caravans and DC3s.
About pilot skills we only ask not to crash and to load the correct amount of fuel before your flight about which we offer helpful suggestions. We only have this simple requirements as it has an impact in our virtual budget. Also, out pilots receive virtual salary for their completed flights provided they were profitable for the VA.
About PIREPS you don't have to submit them yourself as they are autimatically sent by FlyNet's ACARS system and of course we have a forum for discussions and a friendly/relaxing environment
