German tour, anyone interested?

Postby AMDDDA » Thu Jul 17, 2008 7:53 am

I know that one of the places I fly recreationally (as in, just sitting back and relaxing) is Germany, and I believe that we all should get some beer and take a few flights (be sure to have a designated pilot though =D).

If you would be interested, post here.

I'm looking for about 5 names other than myself before I know to make a hoplist =).

All flights will start at the same airport they ended at the previous time, as well.

Will the hoplist include airbases too? I love flying around Ramstein AB

Depends what sort of flying you have in mind, and what sort of planes.

The last time I was in Germany in the British Army, just after WWII, I wasn't very popular then...

...I don't suppose I will be any more popular now?... ::)...!

I would hate to get shot down in my Beech Baron!... :o...!

When I had a layover in Germany on my way to Iraq, A 747 full of combat engineers and MP's invaded the Frankfurt airport terminal. The coffee wasn't great, but the people were nice, and the 'scenery' inside the airport terminal wasn't too bad either.... ;D
