do any of you like to fly with others? i just asked because id like to fly with someone at times and have no one to fly with

Never tried, but I guess it might be fun. :)

Check the Multiplayer forum; there are some here who fly online regularly.

I fly on the multiplayer server all the time! Except when birdog is on... for some reason I can't connect everytime he is on...who knows. :-?

i have never tryed to get in to it i allwise fly  with a friend and he was the one who set it up but he is gone

Like it was said before, check out the Multiplayer forum. There is an Australian Tour every sunday evening (European time) and I believe there is a South America Tour (American time). I think you are very welcome to fly on either tour. Or just log in to the Sams'  "official" SimV server. See the post in the Multiplayer forum (second from the top)

i fly all the time on the multiplayer. you could find me on weekends and weekdays on the server. i am a1. ;D

I love flying on multiplayer, makes the whole experience feel less lonely. That, and you get the chance to show off. :D

Except when birdog is on... for some reason I can't connect everytime he is on...who knows. :-?

I'm really, really, really new at FS2004, and I have a question on multiplayer. Do I need to enter a specific IP to get to the "server" everyone keeps reffering to? Every time I go into multiplayer Everything is blank....

Yes you need two thing to fill in: your player name and an IP address. For example: 85.10.244.109 for Sam's server (the "official" SimV server). There are many, many more. Just look around and you will find plenty of them.
