Have you noticed that all this "Democratic Voting" malarkey doesn't get anybody anywhere.... ;)...!
Nobody will agree... ;D...!

I say, in all cases like this, let the organiser decide the location and all the details, and then everyone can just get on with it... ;)... ;D...!

...it works for Jimbo's Tours... 8)...!

Paul....I hate long-winded discussions...life is too short... ;D...!

P.S. ....My back garden is available for Airshows, for a small consideration...;)...!
(I need someone to mow the grass... ;)...)
LOL...!

Fozzer's back garden it is!

And as for the voting... at least most people get their way! No one will agree on everything, whoever chooses!

I voted USA myself. Perhapse some where in Florida? Nice and flat there. Plenty of senery. Use to go to the Pensicola show alot. Theres one down there where the whole show takes place over the water but I forget which beach. I was stationed at Charelston AFB in Charelston SC. Are airshows were always nice there too. Plenty of parking at Charleston. We shared the RW with general aviation as well. A full squadron of my C-17s, a little over half a squadron of phasing out (at the time) C-141s, The reserve F-16 "Swampfox" unit in a hanger on the othe side of the airstrip, and the ever popular C-5 (as it was originally a C-5 base). We've had all kinds of guests at our PAX terminal to include Air Force One, His and her 747's for Japanese royalty and during Desert Storm we had a Russian "Condor"

Instead of Mirabel in France where the runway is about 200yards long down the side of a mountain in the middle of the French Alps. ;D

If you make it RNAS Culdrose then I'll make an appearance. ;D

Isn't Australia rather like the Arizona Desert...?
...just lots and lots....and lots... of sand... :o...!

LOL... ;D...!

Paul...with his bucket and spade... 8)...!

Ha!! No where near!! The centre of it is a desert, but has more rock and red soil than sand. There's also snowy areas, chilly areas (Tasmania, Melbourne) Temperate areas and tropical areas.

As for the airport, I say Avalon down in Victoria, near Melbourne. There is a massive airshow held thier every 2 eyars (I'm going next year). it's nice and open has a long runway for the heavies and easy on frames.

Scott ;)

Which is why we put Australia on the list!

Though the choosing of the airport will be up to us ;)

I can't see Italy on the list ;D

But as has been said, it doesn't really matter where it's held. It's just nice to get a preferred place to the majority of people.

I'd also advise people to start thinking of what aircraft they'd like to fly. And if possible, try to find models with low file sizes, for the Fozzers among us! ;D

Like last time, there will be a thread on it, so wait 'til then before you post what aircraft you'll be flying :)
