So, if I enter the MP section of FS2002 and enter an IP address (wich may be another server that is already up) and click "Host" when nothing comes up,

Can other people join my session?

Make scense?(SP?)

You don't need to enter an IP address if you are hosting it. Someone else already is with that IP, and then you would go to join a session after you filled out that little box ;) And yes, other people can join your session. Go to www.whatismyip.com and find out, and tell them. ;) Easy enough?

If your hosting a session ....... you have no need to enter an IP.

If you want others to enter your session you need to give them YOUR IP.

If you want to join someone else's session then you need to enter THEIR IP.

Check out the tute in my sticky.

for you to be able to Host multiplayer sessions, you must first download FSHost (click fs host to download the program).

then extract all the files to a seperate folder i.e C:\ FS Host, then run the program FSHost30.exe after you've run this program it will come up saying 20,000+ airports detected (or something similar) and the servers i.p will appear in red text, all you need to do then is to pass the i.p address around for people to connect and away you go.
