Last Tuesday's Multiplay Italy session

Postby luke » Thu Feb 02, 2006 1:39 pm

Did Last Tuesday's Multiplay NE Italy session got off?

I tried the IP 66.147.177.125  (2 23456) Paul gave in Simvtn forum for WPilt's "Oceana" server, but it kept connecting me to "Antarctica" (23458) server.

Or did you use the latter to fly?

I am sure that is the one I used to connect to WPilots the last two times I flew, in Wales & Austria-Italy.

Hi Luke ...!

ALWAYS double-check with WS Pilots immediately before connecting to the server to check which port we are using...23456/23457/23458...!
Sometimes it is necessary to change ports at the last minute to avoid clashing with other users who may be using one of the ports...!

I think Tuesdays Italy Tour used port 23457 to avoid other users.

Cheers all...!!!

Paul...  8)...!

P.S. Dont forget when a different WS Pilots port number is selected, it must also be changed in the FS 2004 "Multiplayer Settings" option as well, (from the Default 23456)...!!!

Can you FSHostspy to see what server people are on Luke?

Look forward to seeing you in next weeks tour.

Cheers,

TSC.

Hmm, it should be, but then, sometimes it doesn't show up in my FSHostspy either.

In future, if i'm on one of the tours I will post the final server IP in this multiplayer forum after I have joined the tour/flight.

Cheers,

TSC.
