Multiplayer Microlights/Flexwings...?

Postby Fozzer » Tue Nov 29, 2005 5:26 pm

Hello all...!

At the moment everyone is getting excited rushing around the skies in super-dooper high-speed aircraft on Multiplayer..!
...so...
I am curious to know if there are any PPL. VFR only, pilots here who fly rag and tube Microlights/Ultralights and Flexwings*...?

If so, a Multiplayer Microlight Club might be a good idea...?

(Answers on the back of a postage stamp)...?

LOL...!

Paul (England)...unbelievably low and slow!...but good fun...8)...!
LOL...!

* a regular sight at my local airfield...!

The Flight sims are full of Microlights, Ultralights, Flexwings, Hang Gliders, Powered Hang Gliders, and good-old ordinary Gliders... ;D...!
Loads here at Simviation, Avsim, Flightsim, WS Pilots, Surclaro, etc, etc....The list is endless.... ;)...!

Do you realise, that out of all the Sim Pilots everywhere, only a handful of them will ever pilot a Passenger aeroplane, Commercial aeroplane, Civil Aeroplane, Warbird or military jet...:o...!

Its what I call DREAMLAND.... ;D...!

A few members may be able to afford the cost of getting a Private Pilots Licence, and may even be able to purchase, or have part shares in a small Microlight or Flexwing... 8)...!

Everyone else will be either stacking shelves at Tesco's, or learning to be a Plumber of Bricklayer....
...trust me.. ;)...!

So, in the meantime, search for a nice little rag and tube Microlight or Glider in SimV, etc, and spend some practice time on it, 'cos its all you will ever be able to afford...
..trust me ...again... ;)...!

The Fozz has spoken... 8)...!
LOL...!

Paul..... ;D...!

Well Fozzer that was a demotivating speach to say the least. Anyway I think it would be great fun to fly some Ultralights around.

...you could, Clip, but her enormous breasts would add considerably to the weight penalty in my 2-seater Microlight...
...but like everything else, in Fozzers exciting life, I'm willing to give it a try...
...especially if it involves coping with a passenger sporting  enormous breasts... :P...!

...nuffin new there then... ;)...!

Too funny. I am also an expert in that field.  ;D

I love flying ultralights in the sim and in the real world. Bill Lyons Quad City Challenger is my current favorite.

Does that mean there's some interest in an ultralight/microlight race?
