It gives us a better idea of Time Regions around the World which affect the time of Multiplayer Fly-outs/Fly-ins... ;)...!

ie....Greenwich Mean Time...Eastern Standard Time...etc...!

Yeah, as you said general Aviation only. I just purchased Carenado 182RG and ultimate terrain Canada.
They are Great!
