US tour flight # 14

Postby Jared » Fri Sep 23, 2005 6:40 pm

Evening all, are you anxious to resume the flight?

On Saturday September 24th at 9pm eastern standard time we will depart KPPO La porta, Indiana) and fly to, KHAI (Three Rivers, Michigan) a mere 65 or so miles.

And THEN!!! From there if the weather and time permits we will fly on into my homestate of Ohio, landing at 0G6 (Bryan County). And no I did not choose this airport just because it is where my uncle flies his citabria out of every day, it just happens to be pretty much right on the state line as well.. :)

The total flight should be right around 113 NM therefore I'm suggesting once again some sort of small aircraft such as the Cessna 172, or Bill Lyons tri-pacer.. :) I do believe that I will try the flight with the Carenado 180F.. :)

For general answer please refer to the general question thread:

Want to see where we have been? :)

Please remember to let us know if you will be coming and give us a heads up your skype name so we can give you a call when it comes time to go flying..

Hope to see you there,

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Hey guys sorry I wasn't there. Internet was down all night, but even if it was up, I would have only been able to join you about half way through the flight...as I was gone till 9:00. :)
