US tour leg 6 (Wyoming!)

Postby Jared » Fri Jul 15, 2005 7:59 pm

Hello all! It's that time of the week again! That's right, time to dig out the old yoke/flight stick and work out the cobwebs as we get ready to depart Montana bound for Wyoming, Yellowstone that is!

Who: ANYONE who would like to join can come fly with us! ;)

When: July 16th, 2005 9pm EST till we reach our destination.

Where: My flight server IP address will be posted by 7pm tomorrow night.. ;)

How: Multiplayer flight utilizes the stock fs2004/2002 multiplayer engine, only additional software is needed for voice communications. SKYPE (www.skype.com) is used for voice communications, it is advisable that you download and install BEFORE the flight is scheduled to depart. Once you have skype set up, please either PM me with your SKYPE user name, or post it here in the multi thread for this flight.

Where are we starting from again? How about where we left off! KLVM (Livingston Montana).

We will be flying to KCOD (Yellowstone Regional in Wyoming).

As far as aircraft are concerned it will be a fairly short flight, and a fairly easy airport to fly into compared to recent arrival airports.  I'm going to be flying the Baby Great Lakes aircraft which can be found at: http://www.fswarbirds.com/index.php?loc ... ileID=3353

Hope to see you there! ;)

Jared

P.S. Please remember to inform us of your skype name if you want to be included in the voice communications.. ;)

Jared and all,

Sorry but I will miss this hop.  And it is a great one for me because I have the FSGenesis super dooper terrain mesh for the Yellowstone / Tetons area.  It is stunning.

Oh well...... hopefully I'll be able to take off out of there for the following week's flight.

Have a great trip all.

best,

Hi Jared...!
If I can successfully work-out the difference between Eastern Standard Time and Greenwich Mean Time.....and if the result is not in the middle of the flippin' night, then I may well pop along in something small and manageable....
...no Skype tho'...
Need to fly...not chat...LOL...!

Paul EST is 5 hours behind you, so add 5 hours to the advertised time and that'll be the time, remember the little hand points to the hours ;)

Which means, that when we will be flying is NOT in the middle of the flippin night! ;)

Just real early in the morning for you Paul! ;)

Hi Jared....!
Looks like its another day for apologies all round.... :'(....!

This Eastern Standard Time malarkey is giving me grief...!
Just when you lot "over there" are all nice and cosy, flying around at around 9 PM, (just before supper-time), I would be desperately trying to keep awake, (accompanying the Owls), at 3 PM the next morning... :o...!!
I finally removed the matchsticks from my eye-lids just after midnight and crawled into my pit... ::)...!
I cant cope with this early morning "stuff"....my eye-balls keep telling me "Bed-Time!"....LOL...!
...(I need my Beauty Sleep)... 8)...!

Cheers Jared... ;D...!

Paul...Sunday morning, breakfast-time...FAB nights sleep... and I'm now beautiful... ;)... ;D...!
LOL...!
