The good things of FS it's to training and learn about the aviation world  it can easily be confused with a Simulator, thats why I called Domestic Simulator because Microsoft once thought It could be a good game later on they realize the needs of millons of people and step by step they had to converted from a simple game(FS1)that came in a disquette to (fs9)the closest thing you can get as a real simulator, yes you can fly with other fellows and see their airplane but all do respect whats for?,instead  you can learn an training a lot from the world of aviation. Why don't you use Combat flight sim.now thats the kind a game to faith and fight with your friend a good game(is my opinion) ;)

When I fly online I usually fly with this outfit. It's a little less structured than some of the bigger multiplayer servers. More relaxed and friendly. Great place to get started with online flying.

For info on how to set up for online flight look here.

www.ivao.com
VATSIM

Or go for TCP/IP. I host a channel for this in the winter (UK), but now I also do:

Training For FS2002 and Fs2004 are now available through multiplayer. I can train you from nothing to a PPL level sim pilot, or teach some more advanced skills on a Twin engined aircraft.

Minimum requirements:

A PC.
FS2002 or 2004.
A joystick or game pad.
An Internet connection.

Preferable requirements:

System Speakers
A microphone
Roger Wilco
FS2002 Pro

I am able to teach in the stock Cessna's 172 and 182's, and the Beechcraft Baron 58, Cessna 310. Other types
on request.
If you are interested, send me a private message. It doesn't matter how old you are, what you look like or where you're from. I don't even need your real name. And it's totally free.

That's the only one I fly on but if you want you can fly on VATSIM. Not sure how you hook that up though. We get a lot of pleasure flights though on Bushnet. Like I said it's a pretty laid back place to fly.

I was flying a job for BFU once delivering supplies for the Iditarod and a couple kids (12-13) were flying around in military jets and wanted to follow so I whenever I made a stop I assigned them fighter CAPs to protect all that valuable dog food. Wouldn't want anyone hyjacking that load.  ;D

;)

Hi,

Download FS Host Spy and you will see a load of channels and websites listed, also the IP addresses.
Many free flight channels, as well as Virtual airlines, USAF, RAF RAAF, RCAF and many more. It also shows who is online with each channel.
