home multiplayer network

Looking for advice on whether it is possible to connect my two P.C's together to fly multiplayer CFS3 with a friend without going online.

Is it possible? What do I need?

Can I fly with, or against my pal if connected?

Please help!

Yes, CFS3 will network quite happily........

The CD-Patch comes in handy....... ;)

Make sure you have at least a 10/100 LAN card.

and probably, you'll require a network hub. - I did! :(

I had it set up using 2 PC's before.  All I needed was a 10/100 NIC card in both computers.  and a crossover cable, which is wired differently.

There was also some manipulation of the IP address so that both computers would be found, but it worked great!
