Concerning FSMS Inc. and PMDG products

To whom this may concern:

The only legitimate source for PMDG products is PMDG.  PMDG does not license or authorize the purchase of products by download from any site other than our own.  CDRom versions of PMDG products can only be purchased through legitimate resellers stocking Aerosoft products.

The individual who has created this site is perpetrating a fraud against potential customers.  Anyone who purchases a PMDG product from this venue will not receive a legally licensed version of this PMDG product, nor will they be elligible for product support or updates from PMDG.  If anyone has purchased from this venue, we recommend that you contact your credit card company and/or paypal fraud protection and report the transaction as fraudulent.

This individual has been identified, and he has been forwarded to PMDG's legal counsel for handling.

Thank you to all of you who brought this fraud to our attention.  We greatly appreciate the manner in which honest customers help to ensure our products are obtained legaly!

Like Mark said, Simviation has zero tolerance for any type of piracy, file sharing or key swapping!

I'm glad it got sorted. From what I saw of the rest of the site I think a lot of innocent (if not naive) FS users could've been screwed by this "website"...
