NEED HELP!

righto came across a problem... i have created a submission form for the apply page for my virtual airline and i have the cgi form handler program in place but my hosting does not support cgi.....so im looking for someone who could script it in php as my hosting allows php

well my host is completely free and i have as much bandwidth and space as i  can possibly fill up and a decent subdomain so it doesnt stink that much it support php but not cgi
