Webmaster needed please please :)

I am in need of a webmaster for my virtual airline. I have webspace and a url all i now need is a webmaster.

If you would like to take on this role please read the following:

1, This is volanteer work no money is involved,

2, PHP is preffered but HTML is still ok,
