Is sim-outhouse offline?

I have not been able to get into www.sim-outhouse.com for a couple of days, does anyone know if it is offline?

Their server has been constantly rebooting, so to prevent any damage to the files, they have shut it down until the new servers can be brought online.

Should be soon. :)
