..just trying it out... :-*...

(Cal Scenery only)...

Massive file sizes to download and cover the whole World!...so may be better to Purchase the DVD instead... ;)...!

Paul...seeing what its like...;)...!

Extra:

Its difficult to figure out the Controls, and I still cant get the Rudder to respond to the Twist on the Joystick!
I don't seem to get any alternative Cockpit views!
No Map...so I don't know where I am!
....work in progress... ::)...!

I've been playing with this for a few weeks and love it. As it is open source there should be a way to setup the controls to exactly match FS ones. That should be fun to work out 8-)

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

At the mo' it recognises my Saitek flight joystick, but only the Throttle, Pitch and Bank responses are detected....
...not the Twist Rudder which makes it difficult to take-off and land, and perform controlled Turns... :'(...!

...and the only view, is directly ahead...

...and no GPS Map...so I still don't know where I am in a familiar area (Cal)... ;D...!

It reminds me somewhat of my "Flight Unlimited II/III" and "Pro Pilot 2", although I do prefer them at the mo'... :-*...!

...work in progress... ::)...!

Paul... 8-)...!

Extra:

As a fun alternative to the MS Flight sims, my favourite is my copy of Ilan Papini's "Micro Flight"...>>>

...and it flies really well!... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!
