Actually. U have to get the original VOZ 1.0 then get the 1.21 patch. Its an upgrade. And yes it is free. VOZ pro is payware i think.

Dumb question: Does the ground textures are applied to the whole world, or just to Australia????

get applied to the whole world, but they are easy to remove if you dont want to use them when not flying in australia just cick the unvoz button
