There are several sites that have this question up, and the results are pretty uniform. Thought I would ask here before andrew did. ;D

Seems they have a bad server board. First a harddrive failure, then ECC problems.

Combined multiple hardware faults are rare, but DO happen.

Poor old Avsim... :'(...!
I do feel sorry for them and their users.
I've been trying to connect with their download section for a few days now, trying to get one or two planes from them which don't appear in either SimV or Flightsim...!
Avsim is an excellent site, and I hope they get their problems sorted out soon, and hope they haven't lost any files.. ::)...!

Three cheers for Avsim... 8)...!

I agree, they are a good site, they have just been plauged by problems. :)

They've been having problems for almost two weeks now, and I hope they get it sorted soon.

But atleast the forums are ok  8)

They finally got the librarys back up! ;D  I can download that scenery now...  Three cheers for Avsim!! (again) 8)
