who and where are avhistory?

I see in some downloads that items from avhistory are required.

I'm having a bit if trouble locating them.  ???

It's a group of developers with the goal to create flight models which fly within 1 percent of the specs of their real life counterparts.
They use both stock and third party visual models.

Anyone know what happened to it?

I cant seem to get on the page, its been loading forever.

I tried a while back and every time I tried to dload, it would say all ports busy or something like that ... gives me bad memories of trying to log on to flightsim.com (eeeii)
