I think the message is clear enough .......... follow the rules and we don't get ugly and put ugly messages in your posts, under avatars  and in your signatures.

Deleteting the links to the pictures is better, as it makes the person guilty have to do it ALL again, and it stops there shots from being viewed.

Hell, I would just delete threads which are over the limit
