I don't think it would happen.

There are enough "GRAPHIC" forums already.

Isn't the whole reason for posting shots in any forum is to get feedback on your shots anyway?  ::)
And if people have questions about screenshot taking, don't they just ask already.  ???

It would just be another forum where shots are posted where people say, "Nice Shot but........"

Just my two sense...  ;D

I say yes, but if it doesn't happen, maybe we could just start doing that in the freeware screenshot forum.

Better still - create a Screenshot how to/FAQ, from the simple "hit prt scrn and paste into your graphics program" to summaries of other methods/hints.

Create one or two short tutorials - using Irfanview for screenshots, cropping/resizing to fit, etc., using Paint Shop Pro, or even one tutorial with the principles involved.

Pete puts it up in the tutorials sections of Simviationa and the Screenshot FAQ points to it.

You can show hot to use the tools, but the creativity part can be hinted.

Like the others have said - the screenshot forums as they are cater for this need...

Thanks for the suggestion though :)
